yeah compo, several apologies and a drastic change in the law.. whatever crack-pot unthink tank came up with a badge.. has no comprehension of value, recompense, or honor nor that pining a fucking badge on you… is what hitler done..
and really.. it will serve to merely announce that you were abused by the very same government who now wants to pin wee medals on you as if you’d want that aspect of your life it’s self to be a source of pride.
maybe i’m over-stretching here. but that’s how I’d feel about it.
don’t they know badges are for accomplishments and/or matters of policy you either oppose or support? not for public displays of a past victimhood i’m pretty damned sure most of you are furious about.
UNLESS the badge comes with privileges such as the right to enter any government building and get answers… it looks to me like the most backward thinking thing any liberal government ever done.
