today I went to the Vancouver Pride Parade all by myself and took this picture.
I ended up not watching the parade. I followed the Prime Minister and went to the festival end to see if I could get a selfie with him, but he was not there.
so I enjoyed the festival. volunteered for some community groups
and left before the very long parade was finished

the last time I was in the parade, it was 1998
and I was one of the first ever Federal Government Employee group from Revenue Canada.

this was me yesterday, I was not in a marching unit, but I saw a woman carrying a banner alone. so I helped and then I volunteered for this group too.
