I met him in 2011 during the skeptic society cruise to Alaska to look at glaciers
and I met this woman that he married and like my spouse that I had at the time, Shermer’s fiance and my spouse were religious and they spent an entire evening making fun of me and Micheal Shermer, we had dinner as two couples at the same table towards the end of the conference week.
During which I had stood up and asked questions or upstaged every single panelists, including Shermer. I had to explain to the entire 200 person event that Vikings were known to be in Canada since the 1970 because there are actual professional digs going on.
Anyway, there is a very simple explanation for why Shermer began to write like this.
