From the UN to the Earth Federation

Instead of this idea of all nations having a seat – on the main floor or in the nosebleed risers – and categorized as 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th and I think we now have a 5th based on GPD or format of government – we need to shift to actual equality.

In Star Trek, planets were not allowed to join unless and until they had their internal baggage together and gotten over themselves.

So let’s revamped the tiers based on the level of equality each nation ensures is available within it’s sphere of influence.

we start by putting all nations in the top tier

any nation who has never had a woman as leader drops to tier 2

because as far as I know – that means Iceland for Vigdis Finnbogadottir and India for Indira Ghandi  –  the UK had Thatcher. she counts even tho she had the biggest pair ever  and actually canada – we had a short term woman PM Kim Campbell

any nation who is unwilling to allow women as ambassadors to their country drop from level 2 to level 3
