I was 12 when John Lennon was killed and, on a bus, when my Mom, me and my younger sister overheard 2 teenaged girls with a transistor radio talking about the breaking news.
My Mom was shocked and I remember feeling really sick.
She had seen The Beatles in 1964, the year they took the charts from Elvis Presley.
