Panic Attack Managed

It hit me physically about a half hour after the previous post.

The warm wave, then the heat

thoughts too fast to word

concept waves

the tell tale watering mouth

 

vomit

 

emotional distress

experienced in the body

could go either way really

 

breathing

 

air is generally good

stillness

slow breathing

 

slower than you think you need

there’s enough

air
