and way overdue for a big one… earthquake that is.

the American pacific coast has been active and San Fran is the pressure trap.

Canada’s Pacific Coast, north of there, has a plate sub-ducting and pushing east.

Mt Saint Helen’s 1980 was the last close release and then there’s the infamous Alaska shake n quakes 1964 I think was the big one, that sent a tsunami down the coast, up the rivers, knocking houses off foundations and killing people in sudden river floods from the ocean inland…

 

 

I am not appalled at the Government Graft,
which is what that looks like internationally,

after all foreign money is new money into government, and it’s like an up front user fee for all the social saftey net and civil security they are getting in this market.

but it’s the low percent, given the market adjustment….

Langley is already being marketed as McMansions on hobby farms that should be agricultural

and helicopter to work over the commuting workers…

because we need more air traffic
