Vancouver: Bikes and Dispensaries

Canada, British Columbia: the City of Vancouver has decided to further confuse and muddle the public transit system.

The City is planning a public rent a bike, rather than allowing the private sector or actually Translink manage this, while they dither over taxi-cabs and uber.

So City services or Cities regulating businesses?

Meanwhile, the Pot Dispensaries which have been licensed by the Cities have been harassed and billed more than other business licenses because of being successful in terms of profit and creating actual people employment instead of installing help yourself to a bike.
