One of my interesting finds online was a scan of Elvis’ own hand annotated Impersonal Life

I am God Be Still Elvis Presley

Most of the writing is just underlining and I haven’t actually read the book.

I think that the I am God comment is about that moment of clarity when people think they have touched the divine

but really

emotional confirmation bias of social constructs

depends on one’s ability to navigate multiple constructs of different societies

if nothing else, it should dispell the shy humble country christian boy image
