I take a breath and think and focus
what have I done lately?
Well. I became a vegetarian and I have lost 155 pounds and thankfully I hit a plateau so now I can focus on getting exercise and shaping and toning
because I have a ways to go for physical recovery and my mind and body need to stay more in touch and not let one race ahead of the other
and I still have my stuttering to get back under control at my new improved social comfort level.
I finally feel comfortable talking to the parents. SCORE ME
so I have talked myself into going to the group outing tomorrow.
because no matter what.
You can’t let the bullies win.
when you don’t act like you
that’s what you are allowing.
There is no reason to sit alone and exist in a state of terror.
There is no reason to site alone and exist in a state of anxiety
It is okay to be nervous and uncomfortable and that is what you need to pay attention to in order to identify when you are playing with the comfort and discomfort zone lines
you don;t always have to be at the edge. there is no race. this is a learn as you go at your own pace.
